Details

Your adventurous journey for Sar Pass trek begins in Kasol, Himachal Pradesh. Start your trek towards Grahan Village, pass through the Grahan Nallah via the Rhododendron forest. After a steep climb of about an hour, reach the Grahan Village where you will relax and have an overnight stay.
Wake up to a beautiful view of the enchanting snow-clad mountains. Start your trek north of the camping ground of Grahan towards Mung Thach through the trail commonly used by the locals. Trek through the steeper path that leads into the woods with a thick cover of trees. After crossing the forest arrive at your destination for the day - Mung Thach. As you reach, witness the nearby beauty and have an overnight stay.
Enjoy a gust of fresh cold breeze in the morning. Get refreshed, and start your trek from Mung Thach to Nagaru which will pass through the woods. This is a difficult part of the trek, the slope falls steeply to the valley below. After crossing a steep slope for a couple of hours, reach Nagaru campsite. Have a relaxing time and an overnight stay surrounded by the magnificent mountains.
This day will be one of the exciting yet longest trekking days for you. Make an early start, as you steep climb through the snow. Reach the top and enjoy the stunning views of Sar Pass and the elevated peaks of the Tosh Valley. Stay at the top to take some amazing pictures to freeze the moment in time. Afterward, slide down the Biskeri. The slide will take 1 km to reach the gentler slope of the valley. Walk for an hour, crossing a few streams to reach the campsite of Biskeri Thach.
The last day of your Sar Pass trek, begins with downhill trek to Barshaini. Enjoy the sublime view of the pine forests, the majestic mountains, and the lush grasslands on your way. The path will lead you to the twin villages of Pulga and Tulga, separated by a stream. From Tulga, cross a bridge on the river Parvati, to reach the village of Barshaini. From Barshaini, you can travel back to Kasol on your own. As you reach Kasol, your Sar Pass trek comes to an end!
